Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts.
5. Warranties
Clearwater Plumbing warrants that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with applicable codes and standards. Warranty terms for specific work will be provided at the time of service. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party modifications, or conditions beyond our control.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clearwater Plumbing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
